About Alex Cejka
Alex Cejka is a professional golfer who has won 11 times across the world. Cejka has spent most of his time on the European Tour. Three wins on that tour in 1995 allowed him to finish sixth on the Order of Merit. In recent years, Cejka has played more in the U.S., capturing the 2014 Pacific Rubiales Columbia Championship on the Web.com Tour. His sixth place finish on the Web.com Tour in 2014 won him his PGA Tour card back. He has two top 10 major finishes, notching fourth place at the 2003 PGA Championship and eighth place at the 2010 U.S. Open. Cejka was born in Czechoslovakia, but fled the country as a refugee at nine years old. His family settled in Frankfurt, Germany and he eventually became a German citizen. Cejka has competed for Germany in many events on the world stage. Seeing German Bernhard Langer play got him interested in golf. He currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
