About Alec Bohm
Alec Bohm is an MLB third baseman for the Philadelphia Phillies, who drafted him third overall in 2018. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska, as the son of a college baseball coach. Bohm went to play at Wichita State University, hitting .339 over three seasons.
On offense, he is known for his hitting prowess, which immediately became a factor in his team in the majors after batting .338 in his rookie year. In 2024, he hit .280 with 15 homers and 97 RBIs and led the National League with 44 doubles, earning his first All-Star selection.
He set a Phillies record with a 29-game hitting streak in 2024 and contributed to their 2022 NL pennant and 2023 NLCS run.
