About Adrian Peterson
Adrian Peterson is one of the greatest running backs in NFL history. After displaying inhuman abilities in high school, Adrian was offered a scholarship to play at one of the most prestigious college football programs at the University of Oklahoma. During his time in college, Adrian set the NCAA freshman rushing record with 1925 yards and was a unanimous All-American, resulting in him becoming the first freshman to finish as runner-up for the Heisman Trophy. In 2007, he was selected seventh overall by the Minnesota Vikings. His greatness was apparent early as he set an NFL rushing record for most yards in a single game in his first season. Throughout his career thus far, Adrian has accolades worthy of an all-time NFL great with six pro-bowl appearances, 3 first-team all pro awards as well as two NFL MVP Awards, in 2008 and 2012.
