Dallas Stars Center Tyler Seguin Makes a Special Appearance at Rally House Arlington

On Tuesday, 150 lucky Dallas Stars fans got a special treat.  They entered and won a contest put on by the sports apparel store Rally House to take a selfie with star center Tyler Seguin.

Seguin made an appearance from 6-7:30 p.m. at Rally House in Arlington for the event.  The chain of stores has long had a partnership with the Stars and their top performer.

In the spring of 2014, Rally House signed a multi-year merchandise deal with the franchise.  At that time, they also inked Seguin to an endorsement deal.

Seguin has appeared in ads for Rally House and has long been a magnet for corporate interests.  He signed a deal with Bauer Hockey before ever skating as a pro and also has had pacts with companies like AT&T, Dunkin Donuts, and Under Armour.

This past season, he made his second All-Star appearance and finished with 77 points for Dallas.  Couple that with the 84 points he registered in his opening campaign with the Stars and Seguin is among the league’s leading scorers over the past two seasons.

Seguin played the first three seasons of his career with the Boston Bruins and helped them win the 2011 Stanley Cup.  The second overall pick in the 2010 NHL Draft has also been a longtime Team Canada participant and helped his country skate to gold this spring in the World Championships.
