Vince McMahon

Vince McMahon is one of the most recognizable names and faces in the world of professional wrestling. Since the 1970’s, McMahon has been involved in every facet of the professional wrestling industry. As a business man, McMahon looked to follow in his father’s footsteps and work his way up the corporate ladder within the World Wide Wrestling Federation. He worked his way up in the company, becoming chairman by 1980 and in 1982 purchased WWF from his father, becoming its CEO as well. As an announcer, McMahon was the regular play-by-play announcer for WWF for most of the late 20th century and even broadcasted several wrestling related shows. Within the ring, McMahon became involved in the late ‘90s as the character Mr. McMahon and continued to participate in WWF for several years, even winning the 1999 WWF Championship and the ECW Championship in 2000. Currently McMahon is still the Chairman and CEO of WWE but has continued to make random appearances within the ring throughout the years.
