About Travis Kvapil
Travis Kvapil is a driver in NASCAR and competes in the Sprint Cup and Camping World Truck Series. Travis began working on cars at an early age in his fathers garage before he began to race in 1992 at the age of 16. He went on to win the 1994 American Short Tracker division championship. Over time he continued to progress up the ladder and in 2001 he made his NASCAR Camping World Truck Series debut. Travis had quick success including a win in only his 21ststart and he also won the series Rookie of the Year Award. In 2003 Travis earned his greatest career achievement when he captured the Truck Series Championship after a wild finish in the final race of the season at Homestead Miami Speedway. Kvapil has also spent some time driving in the Sprint Cup Series where he has run in 267 races and has a pole position and 8 top ten finishes to his credit.
