About Terrell Thomas
Terrell Thomas is currently a free agent professional cornerback, last playing for the Seattle Seahawks during the 2014 season. Thomas played for the University of Southern California Trojans during his collegiate career, earning second team Pac-10 Honors in two of his four seasons as a Trojan. Although his career at USC was plagued by injury, Thomas showed enough potential to be drafted in the second round by the New York Giants in the 2008 NFL Draft. Thomas saw his first true NFL action is 2009, as he started at cornerback the entire season, becoming a lockdown corner. Unfortunately for Thomas, he suffered a torn ACL during the 2011 pre-season, causing him to miss the entire 2011 and 2012 seasons. Thomas would return in 2013 to be a productive corner, playing all 16 games, but left after the season ended. Thomas signed with former USC head coach Pete Carrol and the Seattle Seahawks in 2014, but was cut less than a month later before the season started..
