Terrell Buckley

Terrell Buckley is a retired NFL cornerback and current coach at the collegiate level. Buckley attended Florida State University, setting the record for most interceptions and interception return yards during his three year career. During his junior season, Buckley would win the Jim Thorpe award and be named an All-American after a season in which he recorded 12 interceptions and two touchdowns. After being drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 1992, Buckley would become an NFL journeyman, playing for the Packers, the Dolphins, the Broncos, the Patriots, the Jets and the Giants. He had an interception in 13 consecutive seasons, and is the only player in NFL history to record over 50 career interceptions without making a Pro Bowl. After his retirement from the NFL in 2005, Buckley would return to FSU as a coach, filling various roles from 2007 to 2011. Buckley finally got his big break when he became the cornerback’s coach at Akron University in 2012, and is now the current DB coach at the University of Louisville.
