About Stefen Wisniewski
Stefen Wisniewski is a retired two-time Super Bowl champion offensive lineman. Wisniewski attended Penn State University from 2008-2010. During his time at Penn State, Wisniewski became the first Penn State Football student-athlete to be named an ESPN Academic All-American three times. He was also selected as a first-team All-American at the end of the 2010 season. The Oakland Raiders selected Wisniewski in the second round as the 48th overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. Wisniewski was named the starting left guard for the 2011 season. In week 3 of 2011, Wisniewski was named the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week. In January 2012, Wisniewski was named to the Pro Football Weekly All-Rookie Team. When Samson Satele left the Raiders for the Indianapolis Colts during the 2012 offseason, Wisniewski became the Raiders’ starting center.
Wisniewski played for Oakland until he signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2015. After serving as their starting center for one season, he signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. He helped the Eagles win Super Bowl LII and after he was released by the team in 2019, he signed with the Kansas City Chiefs and started every game in their playoff run to victory in Super Bowl LIV. In 2020, things came full circle for Wisniewski as he signed with his hometown Pittsburgh Steelers before he retired following the season.
