About Shane Steichen
Shane Steichen is the Indianapolis Colts head coach. Steichen was hired after serving as the offensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Chargers. After his college playing days at UNLV, he began his coaching career as an offensive assistant at Louisville in 2010. Steichen then quickly moved up the ranks in the NFL, starting as a defensive assistant with the Chargers and then spending a year as quality control coach on offense for the Cleveland Browns. He returned to San Diego in 2014 and after two more years as a quality control coach, he was named quarterbacks coach.
