About Ron Yary
Ron Yary started building his iconic legacy in football at USC. Yary was a back-to-back All-American for the Trojans who won the Outland Trophy as a senior. That year, he also helped the program win the national championship. Yary went on to be the first overall pick of the 1968 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings. He became a six-time first-team All-Pro and seven-time Pro Bowler. Yary played in four Super Bowls with the Vikings, winning one. He was named a member of the NFL's All-Decade Team for the 1970s. Yary is a member of the Vikings Ring of Honor, the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
