About Michael Brockers
Michael Brockers is a defensive tackle for the Detroit Lions.Brockers previously spent his entire career with the franchise and helped the Rams reach Super Bowl LIII. Brockers led Rams’ defensive linemen in tackles in each of his first two seasons. He had a great 2012 rookie season and was named to Pro Football Weekly’s All-Rookie team. Brockers was highly acclaimed coming out of LSU and the Rams took him 14th overall in the 2012 NFL Draft. He was in a historic draft class for defensive linemen with eight chosen in the first round. For the Tigers, he was named to the All-SEC second team and won the SEC in his final season. Brockers was an All-State performer and consensus four-star recruit at Chavez High School in Houston, Texas. In his senior year, he led the school to the Texas Class 5A state playoffs.
