Micah Parsons Biography

Micah Parsons is a linebacker for the Dallas Cowboys after being selected in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft. Parsons was regarded as the top linebacker prospect in the Draft after a standout career at Penn State. Before sitting out in 2020 due to COVID-19, Parsons was a consensus All-American and the Big 10's Linebacker of the Year as a sophomore. He capped the season in style, winning Defensive MVP honors at the Cotton Bowl after recording 14 tackles, two sacks and two forced fumbles. Even in 2018, Parsons became the first player to ever lead the Nittany Lions in tackles as a freshman.
