About Megan Hodge
Megan Hodge is an indoor volleyball player who won the silver medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics. Hodge is the daughter of Michael and Carmen Hodge who are both former members of the Virgin Islands National Volleyball Team. Hodge did not begin playing volleyball until she was 12 years old and fell in love with the sport. While attending Riverside High School, where she was one of the most dominant volleyball players in the nation. Her high school years were filled with many achievements and accolades. From 2006-2009, Hodge played volleyball at Penn State University where she was a four-time First-team All-American and a two-time NCAA National Championship Most Outstanding Player. In November 2010, Hodge joined Carnaghi Villa Cortese, a volleyball team that plays in the Italian Serie A1. She participated in the 2013 World Championship where she won the bronze medal. Hodge won the Best Spiker and the gold medal at the 2013 Pan-American Cup.
