About Matt Flynn
Matt Flynn is a professional quarterback for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL. Flynn attended Robert E. Lee High School where he was one of the top-rated high school quarterbacks in the state of Texas. After high school, Flynn attended Louisiana State University where he was redshirted his freshman year. The following year, Flynn served as the third string quarterback and he was also the placekick holder. During his time at LSU, Flynn was named 2005 Chick-fil-a Bowl MVP, 2x SEC Champion, 2x BCS National Championship winner and BCS National Championship Offensive MVP in 2008. The Green Bay Packers selected Flynn in the 7th round of the 2008 NFL Draft. With the Packers, Flynn was an NFC Champion and Super Bowl XLV Champion. He also played with the Seattle Seahawks, Oakland Raiders, Buffalo Bills and he currently plays for the Packers again. Flynn currently serves as the backup quarterback to Aaron Rodgers.
