About Marcus Davenport
Marcus Davenport is a defensive end for the Detroit Lions. Davenport signed with the Lions in 2024 after spending his first five seasons with the New Orleans Saints and one year with the Minnesota Vikings.
Davenport was one of the most dominant defensive ends in college football. He played for the Roadrunners from 2014-17. Davenport was named the Conference USA Defensive Player of the Year in 2017 after totaling 55 tackles and 8.5 sacks. He finished his collegiate career with 185 tackles and 21.5 sacks. Davenport was also named to the All-CUSA first-team in 2017 and the second-team in 2016.
