Javadifar was hired along with Lori Locust, making Tampa Bay the first NFL team to have two women on the coaching staff at the same time. Javadifar is an assistant strength and conditioning coach. She has a doctorate in physical therapy from New York Medical College. Javadifar went on to finish her residency in sports physical therapy at VCU.
