Andrews originally joined the company as an NBA writer in 2018, but got her true breakthrough in the 2020 NBA Bubble during the playoffs. Andrews started working sidelines on those games, prompting Forbes to name her one of their 30 Under 30 in the sports industry for 2021. She also was an Emmy nominee for Emerging On-Air Talent. Andrews went on to work as sideline reporter for ESPN during the 2021 NBA Finals.
