About Lauren Gibbs
Lauren Gibbs is an American bobsledder. She was named to the Olympic team in 2018 and won a silver medal in the two-woman bobsled with her teammate Elana Meyers Taylor. Gibbs athletic background comes in the sports of volleyball. She played at Brown University and did not pick up bobsledding until she left her sales job in 2013 to try out for Team USA. In addition to her Olympic silver medal, Gibbs won a bronze at the 2016 World Championships.
