Kenny Florian Biography

The longtime popularity of Kenny Florian among MMA fans has allowed him to transition from great fighter to successful broadcaster.  Florian fought for both the UFC featherweight and lightweight belts.  He is the only fighter to ever take bouts at four different weight classes.  Many consider Florian the greatest UFC fighter to never win a championship.  Like several other fighters, he first rose to fame as part of the inaugural class on The Ultimate Fighter.  Florian lost the finale bout of the show to Diego Sanchez.  His engaging personality allowed him to crossover into broadcasting during his career and stick with it when his fighting days were over.  Florian started as a commentator for the ESPN.com show MMA Live and also filled-in as an analyst on several UFC cards.  Now, he is the UFC Fight Night analyst for FOX and also contributes to UFC Tonight on Fox Sports 1.
