Karena Dawn

Karena Dawn’s passion for health, fitness and competitive sports has lead to a successful career in the personal training and sports modeling business. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, Dawn’s competitiveness was evident at a young age as she competed in soccer, swimming and running. At the age of 12 she completed her first half-marathon, and went on to compete in multiple sports in high school. After high school she studied exercise science and earned a certification as a personal trainer. As a fitness model she has appeared on the cover of several notable magazines, including Shape, Women’s Health, In Style, Oxygen, Muscle & Fitness, Self, Runner’s World, Triathlete, and Competitor. In 2010 she became the face of Oakley’s Global Running ‘Perform Beautifully’ campaign, and has since appeared in other advertising and sponsorship campaigns for Under Armour, Fila, Reebok Swimwear, adidas, Skechers, Sony, New Balance and Nordic Track. Whether she is training for a triathlon, surfing, reading, or surfing, she strives to make each day her best day, and takes pride in being able to share her knowledge, motivation and passion with her clients to help them achieve their fitness goals.
