About Jessie Pavelka
Jessie Pavelka grew up in Texas and has always had a passion for fitness and wellness. After graduating from Calallen High School in 2001 he headed to the University of North Texas and studied business. While in college he became a certified trainer and turned his passion into a thriving career. In his early 20’s he began competing as a body builder and eventually moved to Long Beach, California to promote a holistic healthy lifestyle. Eventually he got into the entertainment business and began appearing in several hit shows, including Friday Night Lights in 2006, DietTribe in 2009, and 12 Men of Christmas in 2009. He also began distributing hosting several fitness shows, such as Fat: The Fight of My Life, and Obese: A Year to Save My Life. Recently he has made it big as a trainer on The Biggest Loser and ITV Daybreak- Motivation Nation. In 2013 he launched his Pavelka Health Revolution brand, which delivers well-being seminars and workshops throughout the United Kingdom.
