About Justine Henin
Justine Henin dominated the world tennis circuit for over a decade from 1999 to 2011, posting a career singles record of 525-115 and winning 43 WTA titles. In 2003 she reached the peak of achievement with a world No. 1 ranking. That year she won the US Open and the French Open, and went on to win a Gold Medal in the 2004 Olympic games. She’d go on to win the 2004 Australian Open, 2005 French Open, 2006 French Open, and 2007 U.S. Open and French Open. She also captured the 2006 and 2007 Tour Finals. During her career she amassed an incredible $20.8 million in career earnings, and topped that off the court in endorsements and commercial opportunities. In 2011 she retired from competitive tennis and was named one of the 30 Legends of Women’s Tennis: Past, Present and Future by Time Magazine. Her seven Grand Slam titles and Olympic performance rank her as one of the top tennis players ever.
