About Josh Freeman
Josh Freeman is the pride of Grandview High School in Grandview, Missouri and threw for over 7,000 yards during his prep career. During his senior year he broke seven school records and was named the No. 4 pro-style quarterback in the country in route to earning a scholarship to play at Kansas State University. During his college career he enjoyed much of the same success, throwing of 8,078 yards and 44 passing touchdowns to go along with 20 rushing touchdowns. For his performance as a junior in 2008 he earned honorable mention All-American honors. In the 2009 NFL Draft he was selected in the first round with the 17th overall pick by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and would go on to break Buccaneers career records with 1,144 completions and 13,5347 career passing yards in five seasons. His best year came in 2012 when he threw for 4,065 yards and 27 touchdowns. In 2013 he signed a contract with the Minnesota Vikings.
