About Jose Ramirez
Jose Ramirez is one of the most young promising hitters in all of baseball. During his first full season in the big leagues in 2016, Ramirez hit .312 with 11 home runs, 76 RBI and 22 stolen bases. He was an instrumental part of an Indians lineup that helped the franchise reach the World Series. Ramirez originally made his major league debut as a 20 year old in 2013. He played in just 15 late season games that year, but hit .333 in a crucial stretch that allowed the Indians to earn a Wild Card berth. Ramirez was found by Cleveland after playing in the Dominican Prospect League. He was signed as an international free agent in 2009.
