About Allen Craig
Upon arriving in the major leagues in 2010, Allen Craig was an integral part of the St. Louis Cardinals success. He won a World Series championship in 2011 and was named an All-Star in 2013. He drove in three winning runs in the 2011 World Series, which tied a record. The Cardinals also reached the Series in 2013 and Craig became the first player to ever score a winning run on an obstruction call. He led the National League in batting average with runners in scoring position in both 2012 and 2013. In his three plus seasons in St. Louis, Craig was plugged in at every position on the field except for shortstop and catcher. Craig was traded to the Boston Red Sox after the 2014 season and he currently plays for the San Diego Padres.
