Jordyn Brooks Biography

Jordyn Brooks is a linebacker for the Miami Dolphins. He signed with the Dolphins after spending his first four seasons with the Seattle Seahawks. 

Brooks had some highlight moments with Seattle, including a team-best 161 tackles in 2022. The franchise originally selected him in the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft. 

Brooks had a standout career at Texas Tech. He was the Red Raiders leading tackler as a freshman and earned Freshman All-American honors from 247Sports. For three straight years, Brooks was named honorable mention All-Big 12, totaling at least 80 tackles each season. As a senior, he recorded 108 tackles, including 20 for loss on the way to being named first-team All-Big 12 and second-team All-American.
