About Joe Jacoby
Joe Jacoby played 12 seasons in the NFL as an offensive tackle with the Washington Redskins from 1981 to 1993. Jacoby joined the Redskins in 1981 as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Louisville and eventually earned a starting spot on Washington’s offensive line. During his career he earned consecutive All-Pro selections in 1983 and 1984 and four consecutive Pro Bowl appearances from 1983 to 1986. He also helped lead his team to three Super Bowl titles in 1983, 1988 and 1992. After the 1992 season he retired on top and pursued a successful career as an automobile dealer owner in Warrenton, Virginia. He’s since served as assistant coach at Shenandoah University from 2009 to 2013 before being hired as the offensive line coach at Concordia University Chicago in 2014. For his unbelievable career in Washington he was named as one of the top 70 Redskins in history.
