About Jason Licht
Jason Licht is the general manager for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has been with the franchise since 2014 and is credited for many savvy moves that have set the Bucs up as one of the most promising teams in the NFL. During his tenure, he has drafted franchise cornerstones like Mike Evans and Jameis Winston. Prior to arriving in Tampa, Licht spent two seasons as a player personnel executive with the Arizona Cardinals. He was the New England Patriots director of player personnel from 2009-11. His front office career began in New England before a stint with the Philadelphia Eagles. Licht's first job in football came in 1995 as a scouting assistant with the Miami Dolphins. He spent one season as a quality control coach with the Dolphins before becoming a scout with the Carolina Panthers and the Patriots.
