About Hazel Mae
Hazel Mae is a sportscaster who currently works for Rogers Sportsnet in Canada. Mae got her start in broadcasting as an anchor of Sportsnetnews on Rogers Sportsnet, one of the largest Canadian sports networks. After a few seasons with Sportsnet, Mae began working as the lead anchor for NESN’s SportsDesk in 2004. Her duties at SportsDesk included hosting roles for a show centered on the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins, eventually leaving the station in 2008. Her immense popularity with the Red Sox fan base led Mae to a job with the MLB Network, where she appeared on multiple segments as an analyst, including Hot Stove, MLB Tonight, and much more. In September of 2011, it was announced that Mae would leave the MLB Network to return to Rogers Sportsnet, where she currently is a studio host for the Toronto Blue Jays.
