Greg Norman

Greg Norman, known as “The Great White Shark”, began his golf career as a caddy for his mom at age 15. Within a couple years he was scratch golfer and by the time he was 21 he had turned pro and won his first event on tour. In 1981 he earned his nickname at the Masters Tournament for his aggressive play and brought home his first major title. Since that time Norman has put together an impressive resume of 91 pro victories including two British Open Championships to go along with his Masters Championship. In the 1980’s and 90’s he was ranked as the No. 1 player in the world for 331 weeks and dominated his opponents while also earning the PGA Tour’s “Player of the Year” award in 1995. During his golf career he began the Greg Norman Golf Course Design Company in 1987 and has since expanded into other business ventures, including starting his own clothing brand, The Greg Norman Collection, in 1992. To this day he maintains his competitive nature and success, operating his business interests under the umbrella of Great White Shark Enterprises
