About Evan McPherson
Evan McPherson built on legendary status in his rookie NFL season, earning the nicknames "Shooter" and "Money Mac" along the way. McPherson hit 28 field goals in 2021, helping the Cincinnati Bengals win the AFC North. He was even bigger in the Bengals miracle run to the Super Bowl, going a perfect 12-12 on kicks in the first three rounds of the playoffs. That also stands as the record for the most field goals made in one postseason without a miss. HIs 12 combined regular season and playoff field goals of over 50 yards are an NFL record as well. McPherson was named to the All-PFWA Rookie First-Team. McPherson's success could have been predicted when he was selected in the fifth round of the NFL Draft by Cincy. He was 51-60 on kicks in his college career at Florida and set the the SEC record for field goal percentage.
