About Ducis Rodgers
Ducis Rodgers is a sportscaster who currently works for ABC Action News in Philadelphia. Originally from Chicago, Rodgers graduated from Columbia College with a degree in broadcast journalism, starting his career at WCBS in New York as the sports director, serving as lead anchor and sports reporter from 2003 until 2009. Rodgers then joined ESPN, becoming a host of SportsCenter and Outside the Lines, along with doing play by play for collegiate baseball and ESPN First Take. Rodgers left ESPN in 2012, joining ABC Philadelphia later that year to become the Action News Sports Director. With ABC, Rodgers serves as a sideline reporter and a locker room interviewer, having covered multiple major sporting events such as the World Series, the Super Bowl, and many more.
