About Daniel Jones
Daniel Jones is a quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts. Jones spent the first six seasons of his career as a starter with the New York Giants. He was his best in 2022, leading the Giants to the playoffs while throwing for 3,205 yards.
Jones was originally selected sixth overall in the 2019 NFL Draft. He was a three-year starter for noted quarterback guru David Cutcliffe at Duke University. Each year, he threw for over 2,600 yards and kept Duke in the mix as one of the top programs in the ACC.
Jones was also his best at the end of the season, winning the 2017 Quick Lane Bowl MVP and the 2018 Independence Bowl MVP. He was also a team captain both of his final two seasons. After Jones declared for the NFL Draft, he had a banner week in Mobile, Alabama and was named MVP of the Senior Bowl.
