About Cindy Brunson
Cindy Brunson is a former anchor on ESPNs flagship program SportsCenter. In 1998 Brunson got her first real big break when she joined KATU-TV in Portland, Oregon. While in Portland, she covered all Oregon sports from Oregon University, Oregon State, to the Portland Trailblazers and Portland Power. Just one year later, she caught someones eye at ESPN where signed on full-time in 1999. Brunson spent the next 12 years of her life with ESPN where she held a variety of roles. Her most notable jobs included an anchor for SportsCenter, host for First Take, and an analyst for College Basketball Live. Brunson left ESPN in 2012 when her husband, former Sportscenter anchor Steve Bethiaume, took a job as an announcer for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Brunson currently works for the Pac-12 Network, where she does play-by-play for women's basketball and sideline reporting for football and men's basketball.
