About Buddy Rice
Buddy Rice is a former IndyCar driver who is best known for his win at the 2004 Indianapolis 500. Rice garnered a love for racing from his grandfather, who was born in Indianapolis, and his father, who was a former drag racer. He made his debut in the IndyCar Series in 2002 and won three times overall. Rice also ran in the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, with his best win coming at the 2009 24 Hours of Daytona.
