About Brett Rogers
Brett Rogers is a professional mixed martial artist who has fought for several major promotionsincluding Bellator and Strikeforce.Rogers came from a rough background, but he stayed clean and outof trouble after moving to Minnesota with hisgrandmother. Originally a high school football player,Rogers began training in Tae Kwon Do, turning his attention to becoming aprofessional fighter. Early inhis career, Rogers trained with Team Bison, gaining enough recognition and practice to debut withEliteXC. Rogers would win his first ten professional fights, earning him a contract with the Strikeforcepromotion, where hewould struggle before being released from his contract after being charged withthird degree assault in 2011. In early 2012, it wasannounced that Rogers had signed with BellatorFighting Championships, debuting with the promotion in June with a TKOvictory. After one year inBellator, Rogers left the promotion, instead focusing on fighting in the independent leagues instead,where to this day he holds a 17-9-1 overall record.
