About Bree Schaaf
Bree Schaff is a professional skeleton racer and bobsledder who competes in various international events while representing the United States. In high school, Schaff was a phenomenal athlete who competed in various sports, including track, volleyball, and basketball. She eventually turned her focus full time to volleyball, earning a scholarship to play collegiately at Portland State University. After graduating, Schaff began training in the skeleton event, where she competed for five years, with her best finish being a sixth place at the Skeleton World Cup. In 2007, Schaff switched over to the bobsledding competition, where she competed in various events around the world, including the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver, finishing fifth. Following her retirement from racing, Schaff became a broadcaster, joining NBC to announce the 2014 Winter Olympics.
