Soccer Legend Ruud Gullit Keynotes ESI Super Forum Next Month

Soccer legend Ruud Gullit has become an unlikely supporter of esports. He will share his involvement as the keynote speaker at the ESI Super Forum next month. 

The event is March 22nd at the home of Chelsea football club, Stamford Bridge. There will be six panel discussions and a panel discussion in addition to Gullit's presentation. 

Gullit recently founded Team Gullit, a FIFA esports academy. There are over 175 football clubs who have entered the esports world in some capacity. 

Gullit won the Ballon d'Or as the world's best player while playing with the Dutch club, PSV, in 1987. He went on to win three Serie A titles and two European Cups with Milan. 

As a player-manager, Gullit led Chelsea to an FA Cup championship in 1996. He captained the Netherlands to a win at the 1988 UEFA Euro. 

In addition to Chelsea, Gullit has gone on to manage several other clubs, including the MLS' LA Galaxy. He is currently the assistant manager for the Dutch national team.
