Reigning Super Bowl Champion Peyton Manning Speaks at July’s United Way of West Tennessee Birthday Celebration

With Peyton Manning retiring from football this past season, opportunities to reconnect with the state where his football fame originally started become more possible.  In July, he will be the keynote speaker at the United Way of West Tennessee's birthday celebration.

It is the milestone 75th birthday for the chapter.  The event will be on July 29th at the Carl Perkins Civic Center in Jackson.

Individual tickets for the dinner will become available after June 1st for $250 and those just wanting to hear from Manning can pay $35 for entrance.  Table sponsorships are currently available for $1,600.

Manning went on top, coming back from injury to lead the Denver Broncos to a win in Super Bowl 50.  It was his second championship after he helped the Indianapolis Colts to victory in 2007 while winning Super Bowl XLI honors in the process.

The record books are littered with Manning's name.  He is the all-time NFL leader in passing yards, touchdown passes and 4,000 yard passing seasons.

Manning also holds records with five NFL MVP trophies and 14 Pro Bowl appearances.  His illustrious career began at the University of Tennessee, where he won the 1997 Southeastern Conference championship.
