About Quinn Mulhern
Quinn Mulhern is the pride of Santa Cruz, California and graduated from Harbor High School. During his teenage years he was introduced to mixed martial arts and began studying the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Eventually he earned his black belt in that discipline and pursued a career as a professional mixed martial arts fighter. In 2007 he made his pro debut at the Gladiator Challenge event and won the event. Over time he amassed an 8-0 record and earned a shot at the KOTC Welterweight title. Although he lost that fight, he quickly bounced back and earned the title in his next fight and successfully defended his championship four consecutive times before joining Strikeforce in 2011. In 2013 he joined the UFC after three consecutive Strikeforce wins, and was one of the top Lightweight and Welterweight fighters in the world until retiring in 2014. During his career he fought out of Albuquerque, New Mexico as a part of Jackson’s Submission Fighting team.
