Former UCLA Coach Terry Donahue Speaks at YMCA Good Friday Breakfast

This morning, the YMCA of Greater Long Beach hosted their 49th annual Good Friday Breakfast. Former UCLA coach Terry Donahue was the keynote speaker.

The event was hosted at the Long Beach Convention Center Grand Ballroom. It was sold out and over 840 people showed up to hear from Donahue and take part in the festivities.

Several former UCLA players were in attendance as well to hear from their former coach. They always make the breakfast open to believers and non-believers alike.

Donahue is best known for piloting the Bruins program from 1976-1995. He went 151-74-1 and has the most coaching wins in UCLA history.

Donahue won five Pac-10 Championships and is the all-time Pac-10 leader with 98 wins in conference. He is a member of the College Football Hall of Fame and the UCLA Athletic Hall of Fame.

From 2001-05, Donahue was the general manager for the San Francisco 49ers. He also has done broadcasting work in his post-coaching life.
