ESPN NFL Analyst Mark Schlereth Named Keynote Speaker for the Semoball Awards

Standout high school athletes in Southeast Missouri will get to hear from one of the most recognized personalities at ESPN.  Former NFL linebacker Mark Schlereth has been named the keynote speaker at the third annual Semoball Awards. 

The Semoball Awards recognize athletes from the around the area.  They will be held July 9th at the River Campus of Southeast Missouri State.  

There will be a live red carpet radio show and much more.  General admission tickets for the public cost $40 while VIP Experience passes are $100.

Schlereth played 12 NFL seasons for the Washington Redskins and Denver Broncos.  He won three Super Bowl titles and went to two Pro Bowls.  

His later two championships came while guarding for John Elway with the Broncos.  Sclereth's stellar play on the offensive line earned him a spot on the franchises' 50th Anniversary Team.

As an analyst across an array of ESPN platforms, Schlereth stays in the public eye.  Additionally, he has made forays into the acting industry as a regular on the soap opera Guiding Light among other projects.
