ESPN Broadcaster Cassidy Hubbarth Speaks on Panel at Brooklyn Nets Women’s Empowerment Night

ESPN's Cassidy Hubbarth is a rising star in the broadcasting world. On March 28th, she was a speaker on a special panel prior to the Brooklyn Nets game against the Philadelphia 76ers. 

The roundtable discussion was part of Women's Empowerment Night. Several female leaders from the sports world gathered for the event from 5:30-7:00 p.m. 

Tickets for the panel included a ticket to the game. Proceeds benefited the Brooklyn Nets Foundation. 

In 2010, Hubbarth joined ESPN as a studio anchor and also was a host for college football and college basketball action on ESPN3. She currently frequently works as a host and reporter for the network's NBA coverage. 

Hubbarth makes regular appearances on the ESPN shows "Mike & Mike" and "College Football Live." She previously served as a host and reporter for the Big Ten Network and Fox Sports South. 

Hubbarth won a Southeast Emmy for Interactivity for her work on FSS' "SEC Gridiron Live." She is an Evanston, Illinois, and graduate of Northwestern University.
