About Trent Cole
Trent Cole is a professional football player in the National Football League for the Philadelphia Eagles as an outside linebacker. He began his career in college at the University of Cincinnati where he became a two time first-team All-Conference USA selection. He ended his collegiate career with 238 tackles and 19 sacks. That kind of production on the field led to Trent being selected as the 146th overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft. Since then he has played his entire career with Philadelphia and recorded nearly 600 tackles and nearly 100 sacks. His play has earned him two Pro Bowl selections, he has been named the NFC Defensive Player of the Week, and been a second-team All-Pro. One of the biggest achievements of Coles career to date came in 2011 and 2012 when he was ranked #73 and #57 respectively on the NFL Top 100 players of the year.
