About Tim Hightower
Tim Hightower set University of Richmond school records from 2004 to 2008 with 1,924 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns on 327 carries. After earning All-Colonial Athletic Association First-Team honors in 2007 he joined the Arizona Cardinals as a 5th round pick. Considered a small school sleeper by many NFL scouts, Hightower has done anything during his time in the league. During his first season he helped the Arizona Cardinals to an NFC Championship, rushing for 399 yards and scoring a touchdown in each of his first two career games. Since that time he’s seen time with the Washington Redskins and currently plays for the Blacktips in the Fall Experimental Football League. Hightower is considered a bruiser at the running back position and is both smart and tough on the inside. He gains tough yards when they are needed most, and knows what it takes to win ball games.
