About Ted Ginn Jr.
Ted Ginn Jr. carved out a 14-year NFL career by always been valued for his ability to beat defenses with his speed. Prior to arriving with the Chicago Bears as a free agent in 2020 he spent two seasons with the New Orleans Saints. In 2015, he had a breakout season with the Carolina-Panthers. Ginn had 44 catches for 739 yards and ten touchdowns. He also played a pivotal role in helping the Panthers reach Super Bowl 50. That started a run of three straight seasons with over 700 receiving yards for Ginn.
Ginn was originally drafted with the ninth overall pick in the 2007 NFL Draft. He spent his first three seasons with the Miami Dolphins and recorded a career-high 790 receiving yards in his second year. Ginn was also a top kickoff returner in his Dolphins tenure. He played the next three seasons with the San Francisco 49ers. In college, Ginn was one of the greatest receivers and returners in Ohio State history. He was a first-team All-Big Ten selection in 2006 and helped the Buckeyes reach the BCS National Championship Game.
