About Tavon Austin
Tavon Austin is currently an NFL wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys. Taken in the first round of the 2013 NFL Draft out of West Virginia, Austin was considered to be one of the most electrifying players in college football. The St. Louis Rams traded up to the 8th pick to snag him. Austin had a prolific career at West Virginia and was a true dual threat with over 1,000 yards rushing as well as over 3,400 yards receiving with 35 combined touchdowns over his four-year career. Austin showed flashes of how dangerous he could really be during his rookie year, rushing for 151 yards, receiving for 418 yards, and becoming a return specialist, totaling 678 yards on 51 returns. He spent the first five seasons of his career with the Rams before being traded to the Cowboys in 2018.
