About Steve Keim
Steve Keim is the general manager of the Arizona Cardinals. He has had a long tenure in the Cardinals organization, working for 14 years in the team's personnel department before being promoted to general manager in 2013. During the first four years Keim was on the job, Arizona set a franchise record with 41 wins. Sporting News named him Executive of the year in 2014. He was Pro Football Talk's Executive of the Year in 2013 and 2014. He originally joined the Cardinals as a college scout in 1999. He became director of college scouting in 2006, director of player personnel in 2008 and vice president of player personnel in 2012. As a player, Keim was a two-time All-Atlantic Coast Conference pick at NC State. He had a brief professional playing career before returning to coach at NC State.
