About Stevan Ridley
Stevan Ridley was one of the New England Patriots' newer additions. Residing in Natchez, Missouri his entire life, Ridley went on to play for Louisianna State University, serving as a team captain and earning 15 touchdowns for his team in 2010. The next year, Ridley was drafted in the third round by the New England Patriots. He scored his first NFL touchdown in Week 4 of the 2011 season against the Oakland Raiders. Throughout his second season, he proved his credibility as a running back after scoring 12 rushing touchdowns and earning a total of 1,263 yards on 290 carries. Sadly, Ridley did not see as much playing time as he wanted in the 2013 season but came back in the 2014 season with the longest rush of his career, 43 yards, against the Cincinnati Bengals. Unfortunately, this season was ended short when Ridley got injured in week 6 against the Buffalo Bills. With a torn anterior cruciate ligament and medial collateral ligament, we will not be seeing Ridley on the playing field for the remainder of the 2014 season.
